CCR Review Committee

The Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCR) Review Committee was created in 2005 to update the CMHOA CCR's and ByLaws. Recently, the committee completed their review of the ByLaws and submitted their recommendations to the Board of Directors at a Special Meeting (get report). The Board voted to approve the CCR Review Committee's recommendations and these will be formalized for a vote by owners during the 2006 Annual Meeting. Association members who would like more information about the recommendations should contact the Manager, Jesse Chargualaf.

The CCR Committee is now studying the CCR's, which cannot be revised until 2008.
