Colonial Bank Bill Pay

By clicking the "Colonial Bank Bill Pay " link below, you will be taken to the Colonial Bank Home Page. To make a credit card payment, please follow these instructions once on the Colonial Home Page:

  1. Click on the Business Services tab near the top of the page.
  2. Click on the Association Services link on the left side of the page.
  3. Click on the HomeOwners link near the middle of the page
  4. Click on the Online Payments link near the middle of the page. You may want to consider bookmarking this page.



NOTE: Your credit card will be charged a convenience fee equal to three percent of the transaction (e.g., $43.00 x 3% = $1.29). Colonial Bank charges this convenience fee for processing your payment online and CMHOA does not receive credit for this fee.
