Good Neighbor Award

Do you have a good neighbor or know of someone in our neighborhood who does? It's time to nominate them for the CMHOA Good Neighbor Award. This award recognizes significant contributions made to the neighborhood by a CMHOA member. The Good Neighbor Award is presented twice a year and it serves to recognize significant contributions to the neighborhood in the following categories:

" Property improvement
" Neighborliness and caring
" Neighborhood safety
" Neighborhood improvement, beautification and preservation
" Neighborhood organization and participation

Each winner is presented with a gift certificate and they are featured in a CMHOA Newsletter article.
